What time does everything come out?
8AM: Pastries (including Cinnys) and all loaves
9AM: Baguettes, Kouign Amann, additional pastries
10AM: Cake, ciabatta
11AM: Sandwiches, focaccia

Milk Bread: Friday – Sunday

Can I bring my dog inside?
Unfortunately, no. We love your dogs, but the Department of Health is STRICT! Please respect their rules—service animals only. We have hooks next to the bread mural so your pups can see you through the window while you order!
Drink options?
We keep things real simple. Drip coffee, cold brew, hot & iced teas, Spindrift, OJ, and Pellegrino. We do not have an espresso machine!
Selling out and why we don’t “just make more”
That’s small business, baby! TRUST our small team and kitchen are working hard to satisfy the demand. Cinnamon rolls sell out EARLY! Sandwiches sell out FAST! We have a rolling bake throughout the day, so fresh things are always being made. If you know you want something specific, we recommend coming when they hit the counter to avoid frustration!
What days are we closed?
We are closed Tuesdays.
What kind of flour is in your bread?
All breads are made with majority stone-ground organic flour from the NY Finger Lake Region. Sourdough loaves have a base of bread flour, whole spelt, and rye flours. Our baguettes are yeasted, not sourdough.
Dietary details
We do not have any gluten free pastries or bread. Our vegan options include the Morning Glory Muffin, both baguettes, and some (but not all) focaccias and loaves. All cookies are nut free! That said, we do make some items with nuts, so we can’t make any guarantees on cross-contamination.
Can I order a full cake? Do you do pre-orders?
